From many reviews on different forums, blogs, and sites, the new Grand Sport is a totally different styled car than the Z06. The Z06 is noted to be a track car vs the Grand Sport, which can be used for track although the Z06 has much better suspension, brakes, etc. Do note that the Grand Sport also does not come with a supercharger.

The Grand Sport starts around $68,000 where the Z06 starts from around $83,000.
